After a generation of winemakers, the 12 hectare wine-growing establishment is composed of 35% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir and 50 % Meunier, spread in the Marne Valley. Attentive to the choices of the plans until the grape harvest and respectful of the ground, they proceed to a malolactic fermentation for more flexible wines. Finally, the bottles base in traditional cellar at least 3 years on dregs for the first Cuvée.

This Domaine is an important vineyard in the Côte de Beaune. The wine cellars and the winery are located in Beaune, in the Place Saint-Jacques. The area offers a wide range of different wines, classified under various names, including several 1st Crus and Grand Crus, whether white or red.

Founded in 1098 by the monks of the abbey of Cîteaux, the vineyard of the Clos de Vougeot currently occupies more than 50 hectares (124 acres) with 80 different owners. Its wine is some of the most famous Grands crus of Burgundy. Today, the castle welcomes the different “chapitres” (dinners) of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin (the Brotherhood of the Knights of Tastevin).

Canadian-born wine makers Pascal and Moray are revolutionizing the way grapes are grown, the way wine is made and the way business is conducted in Burgundy. Since 2006, they have been building up their own holdings of village (premiers crus & grands crus), as well as carefully sourcing their grapes from trusted growers.
The domaine was founded in 1880 by the ex-sharecropper of the Château de la Berchère who had acquired the Château's wines. His son substantially enlarged the Domaine. In 1952, the Domaine was divided between the two sons. The oldest, enlarged the Domaine and stayed in Vosne Romanéee. The youngest has been helping his father since 1973 and now manages the Domane with his wife and thier daughter.
